I can’t seem to do this music Monday blog on Monday… Yesterday I had to take my computer to the shop because i was having a few minor problems with it so that is my excuse this week. Hopefully next week it will be on time. Anyways…
This Music Monday is about one of my favorite bands… Sleeping at last. I first saw sleeping at last at Cornerstone Florida and i was seriously blown away by this band, more specifically the lead singers Ryan O’Neals’ voice. He has such an amazing voice, and it sounds great on their albums, but i honestly think he sounds better live.. and it is very rare that i think this about a singer. Ryan is also the only guitarist in the band as they are a three piece. I normally think that three piece bands are incomplete because it is hard for the lead singer to sing, play lead, and rhythm guitar all at the same, but Ryan does a great job with it.
Sleeping at last is an alternative/ indie rock band and there band members are: Ryan O’Neal (Vocals, Guitar & Keys), Chad O’Neal (Drums), and Dan Perdue (Bass & Keys). They are freakin awesome and I highly recommend getting all of their albums. Their most recent is “Keep no score” but “Ghost’s” is a great album as well. Check out the live video below!!!
